Hey y’all! So, I went to the OBGYN for my annual pap evaluation about a little over a month ago. I started my period as soon as I walked into the room (may be important) but she said she could still do the exam. I just received a phone call from the office stating it came back mildly abnormal and they ran an HPV test but it came back negative so they’re not going to do anything and said to come back next year. I was tested for other STDs the week before my appointment and they all came back negative as well. Is this something I should be worried about? I have severe anxiety and having to wait a year is going to be brutal.
