Fifth disease?

Anyone had to deal with this yet?? Im not 100% sure if thats whats going on here but my LO developed red cheeks yesterday, I keep checking her temp and no fever,  she just seems a little more tired than usual.  She also spit up quite a bit yesterday... but otherwise she seems fine.  Not sure what to think or if I should be worried 😕

I thought my daughter had this too. I called the pediatrician and they said it’s most likely dry skin and to put Aquafor on it. She had no fever or rash just bright red cheeks and nose. Turns out they were right. I would call your pediatrician if you’re really unsure :)

My son had it when he was about 2 years. Just a fever and bright red cheeks and right back to his normal self. Not sure about a baby.
