For me, a small can of coke helps with the headaches. Apparently, my headaches were caused by caffeine withdrawal so my doc recommend the small can of coke. For the nausea, I use the sea bands. I got them from amazon and they have helped me through 3 pregnancies.

Yes. My headaches started about 5 weeks. Got a little better at 6 weeks 3 days. The day after is when the nausea hit me. 8w2d now
