Did you wait to find out what they were having until the baby was born ?

My family wants me to wait until I deliver for the element of surprise instead of a gender reveal. I’m sure this has been don’t before. How did you prepare ?

I didn't find out the gender and I don't think I prepared any differently than someone who knows the gender. Only thing is we had to find a girl and boy name. I loved not knowing and waiting until she was born.

I waited for my 1st to find out until delivery. It was exciting but I wish I would've known. This time we will be finding out but not telling anyone else until delivery

We found out with my first but my husband wants to wait to find out with this baby. So we only have girl clothes. You prepare by neutral colors clothing and if you have a nursery, just stay away for print and blue lol 🤷🏻‍♀️ also, your decision to make, not your family’s.

There was no waiting for my first.. I was too impatient and I’m a planner so I wanted to have more than enough clothes, crib sheets, blankets etc. It’s not easy finding lots of gender neutral things. This time around we are waiting because we have everything we need, and I figure if it’s a girl this time she’ll just need to dress in boy colors for a week or so 🤷🏼‍♀️

We found out before we even got pregnant.  There is no way I could have waited until birth! 🤣

I feel like people are way too wrapped up in gender. Its really the baby's sex you are finding out. We found out with my son but haven't this time. How to prepare? Get baby things and have them ready.
