Must have baby health/hygiene items??

Question

I added a little starter packet my registry with a basic thermometer, nail clips, and some other small things (30 items) but what are some big MUST HAVES?
The nose snot sucker? The baby gas relief tool to stick in their bum? I have no clue! Please help by posting your favorite baby health and care items!

Nail clippers and files, because baby's nails will be too soft to clip in the beginning
Baby brush
I prefer an ear thermometer
And vaseline
