Sexually active

Hello so I'm not sexually active at all. I'm going to be 16 in 2 weeks and I've never had my first kiss. I barely masturbate. And I obviously have never had sex. But I'm also very rarely horny. The only reason I masturbate sometimes is because I'm bored but never really because of hornyness. But I want to make out with someone to see if I'll get horny. I have been horny before but it's not as much as what seems to be normal at my age. Also I'm very conservative in terms of sexuality. And people know me for this so I feel like no one would want to even kiss me. This isn't even a question really I'm just really confused.
