missed period

i was supposed to get my period at the beginning of the month but i haven't had it yet, i thought i got it like a week i think ago but it wasn't, it was like spotting or something, now that stopped but i'm real confused and kinda nervous, i haven had sex in months tho so idk what this could be, there's no way i'm pregnant right?
