Stomach Pains

So I’m not sure if this is the right category to put this under but here we go 😅

I have never been a big eater. I tend to eat 4 small (half eaten) “meals” each day. Lately, I will get “full” after a couple bites. Knowing that I will get hungry soon after, I try to eat a little more (but still less than the average person). Each time, I feel extremely full to the point where my stomach hurts for hours after. I get a strong urge to vomit (but I don’t feel nauseated?)

Is this something to be concerned about? I am not intentionally trying to eat less. In fact, I’ve been trying to eat more because of the lack of energy I have throughout the day. Suggestions?
