What does the drop in temp look like before AF? I thought I had good temps, but then I got red spotting. Only when I wiped.my temps have been above the cover line, only dipped a little yesterday. I'm 6 dpo and didn't think AF would come this soon. I don't know if it's AF or implementation. Also just started cramping, mainly on my left, tired and that's it. Only other weird thing is, I gagged and threw up water and some food after trying to take my vitamin. The taste sometimes makes me gag but not like that.
