So it says on the pamphlet that’s in the box that if you do a first day start, you don’t need back up contraception like condoms but you have to start on your first 24hrs of period. I finished my pack for November but I decided to start early. My patch change day were Monday’s and it said on the package during your off week you can change to whatever day earlier just no later that the off week. So now I went two days early (changed patch day to Saturday since my period started that day) instead of Monday’s now. I had unprotected sex on Sunday, should I be fine??? Or am I overthink!?
