accidently popped my cyst??!!!

so i accidently popped my cyst with my fingernail, like i pulled up my sweat pants and my
nail got caught on my cyst. it’s bleeding now and idk what to do because they say not to rupture them on their own so what can i do to treat it now?

That’s a mole my girl. A cyst won’t bleed like that it’ll have cottage cheese like substances pour from it - not to mention the brown coloring that surrounds it strongly suggests that it’s a mole as well. Just in a really bad spot. I agree with band aid and neosporin just to make sure it doesn’t get infected and keep it clean with antibacterial soap. ❤️

That's totally a mole. You should get checked out to be on the safe side. Aside from the injury, it doesn't look like there's anything wrong with the mole and that's a good sign. However, since it's damaged, there's a higher risk of developing skin cancer as it heals. (It's really not that high, but personally it freaks me out to think about it haha)
If you pick at or damage a mole, you're damaging skin cells that are already mutated. (Totally normal and fine, but still mutations and cells with messed up reproduction nonetheless) This means when they have to repair themselves, there's an increased risk that the cellular multiplication process will "fuck up" and cause something worse.  
(Cancer is caused by genetic cellular issues that affect the "stop" codons in your dna, which causes unchecked cellular division) So moles are totally not to be played with. (Although I know this was an accident lol)
This is a very simplified explanation, and I'm not a doctor so I can't really explain it much better, but that's the basics of it. (Any derms on here want to jump in?) Any time a mole is damaged, you should get it checked out by a dermatologist. You should be just fine, but it's better to be safe than sorry!

Its a birthmark or a mole of sorts. How long have you had it?
When those things randomly appear or change size you should always ask a doctor to cut it away and test it for cancer.
If your hasn't changed much at all I would still ask a doctor remove it because of its position. I had one below my braband. Not only dit it constantly change shape and size (likely due to the braband) but i kept yanking on it by accident. So i let the doc remove it

I have a mole that when I was little my dog jumped up and scratched and ripped it in half. It bled like crazy so I put a band aid on it and now there’s 2 moles. Because when it “healed” regular/non mole skin grew between the two. 
Basically slap a bandaid on it and you’ll be ok :)
