Razor bumps? Something else?

I have these awful bumps on my pubic area. They don't hurt and have been there for a while. Are these razor bumps or something else? I've been using an special shaving gel that helps reduce them which has worked; I haven't had any additional bumps since then! but is there any way to get rid of the ones that are still there?!

Could it be the type of blade on the razor, I can't use women's razor's they leave me with bad skin, I have to use a man's razor they're brilliant as they leave your skin nice and soft without damaging as it needs to be a good blade as they use them on their faces.
