8 month depo shots

8 month ago I got my first and last depo shots made my feel sick and cried ever day couple weeks after shot got AF for a hole month nothing till 6 weeks ago I think I had AF but not sure coz I had a bad infection coz of diverticulitis ended up in hospital my question is should my AF be back to normal coz this app is saying I am late by 22 day since what I think was my AF
