Belly hard on one side

I’m 14 weeks and I’ve been noticing that my belly will get hard on the right side next to my hip bone, like a large lump/bump. I know I have a fibroid over there but it’s not as big as the hard bump is. Could that be the baby nestled up to one side? Can the baby even go that far over next to my hip bone?

Occasionally I’ll notice it’s not hard and I can feel [what I think is] my fibroid that’s a lot smaller.
