He also walks on his tippy toes most of the time

Looks like athletes foot or some kind of foot fungus. My daughter had it got prescription ointment

Growth spurt + lots of barefoot time. I wouldn’t worry about it unless it’s bothering him. It would be much redder and uncomfortable if it was athletes foot
