Long period after IUD removal?
I got my IUD removed earlier this month. Maybe around the 9th I don't really recall. Anyway as soon as I got it removed I had a period, which I assumed would happen. However, I've been having a relatively light period since then, even right now with no signs of stopping or lessening. My OBGYN said that bleeding is normal but is it normal for it to last this long? Has this happened to anyone else? I had to in for about 3 years, it was Mirena.
