I’m doing the body awareness as a birthright control method since July this year. But I have irregular cycle (it goes from 35 to 80 days). It has been working but symptoms like this can reaaaaly scares me up! 😟

I notice my nipples get dark sometimes too right before my period. Also not on birth control and using fertility awareness method. I really want to warn you about the risk when your cycle is really unpredictable like that. Mine was doing that too and i was all out of whack and either ovulating twice or not at all and having two periods in one month and then going up to 5 months without one and then have a 3 week HEAVY period. It was a shit storm.  and I mean unless you have an endless supply of ovulation tests that you take everyday you run that risk of FAM failing. I got myself back on the pill for a few months to more or less train my body to have a period every month and for the last year my period has come every 28 days and I have ovulated every month. This is unrelated but let me just be proud of my body-THAT IS NOTHING SHORT OF AMAZING. THE WHOLE YEAR. I don’t think that has ever happened in the history of my uterus! went from being horribly irregular to normal. Okay I’m done.
