Sex and masterbation

Since having our baby my husband and I rarely have sex maybe once a week if I'm lucky. He has turned me down a few times. He has lately started to watch porn and masterbate in the mornings while I'm feeding the baby. Why can't he wait till I go back to bed. Really starting to annoy me
