Anyone else struggle with chronic nail biting?? I got engaged on my 22nd birthday on the 22nd December and have now decided I can’t be wearing such a nice ring, with such disgusting nails, I’ve been biting them for 16 years. Currently on day 4 of not having them anywhere near my mouth, I bought the clear polish that tastes revolting and so far it’s working wonders, and also making it a conscious thing too, I just can’t wait for the day I can actually paint them!!
