Positive IPS scan
So I did the ips scan and my babies NT measurement was 3.3mm which is high so they gave me a positive screen. I had to go to a genetic counsellor who gave me a 1-120 or .8% chance of something being wrong. I got a special blood test which will tell me if I need to worry (also tells me gender)
Please tell me others have had high NT measurements and/or a positive result that was actually negative and baby was fine.
The blood test takes 10 business days it's been 5 so far. This wait is awful! If this test comes back bad they will suggest an amnio which I don't want to do. It's been so stressful and upsetting and I am praying that others have stories similar with positive outcomes. I am low risk so I'm really trying to stay positive but I'm terrified !
