The Pill plus condom or is without okay with long term partner?

I started the pill a while ago (like a week or so, so it should be about the time my doctor said it would be effective) would you still use a condom? It feels weird not having one because it feels unsafe even though thats what the pill is for. I dont mind not using one if it’s unnecessary because Im with the person Im going to be with for the rest of my life. Thoughts?

The pill with a condom is super safe. The chances of pregnancy does not exist in practice, even though there is still an infinitesimally small statistical chance.
Another advantage of a condom is that it cuts down on the chances for a bacterial infection like BV. Even though it is still not clear why we get BV, researchers see an uptick in the likelihood of getting BV with every partner we allow to ejaculate inside us.
And of course, there is the whole STD thing, as always. Condoms lowers your risk dramatically with a partner with uncertain Sexual history.
In general, the pill on its own is enough protection to prevent pregnancy, as long as you take it as you should.
