Sick 3yr. Old- can I give him wellness tea?

I am a big natural remedy person and my poor son has come down with something that is very stuffy and has a nasty chest cough this past Christmas morning. I have given him a bath and set a vaporizer in his room tonight. Can I give him a herbal wellness tea?

I would think it would be fine. I give my daughter chamomile tea all the time with lots of honey just cause she really likes it.
