I'm 16 years old and my boyfriend and I are thinking of having sex. it will be my first time. we'll be using a condom, but I'm not taking chances and would like to be on birth control as well but I don't know if I can get it. my mom would not consent to it. she wouldn't be cool with my boyfriend and I having sex. could I go to my doctor and ask for it?
