Beauty really is subjective. I always get compliments on how pretty I am but I’ve had someone call me ugly before 🤷🏻‍♀️ and besides, being “pretty” can only take you so far in life.

The profession I am passionate about relies on brains, so I would prefer to be intelligent over pretty if I had to choose.

Define "smart". Like intelligence and school smarts or like street smarts and life smarts? I'd say pretty because you can always learn, but idrather not have to relearn street smarts

My whole life I've been smart. I'm 33 and at this point I'd rather be pretty.

That’s hard, honestly. I have always been smart, but I used to cry to be pretty. I’m thankful to be smart because life would be much harder if not, but there is value in being pretty as well. Now that I’m older people often tell me I’m pretty, and I’m thankful for that, but there are still lots of times I don’t see it. But I try to have a pretty soul because that’s what truly matters.
