My first was vaginal. My second a C-section. I could choose as a good candidate for either. I chose c-section so I could get my tubes tied and my scar cut off and stomach straightened out. Recovery will be harder, but I wanted the tubal.

4th c section here. I tried vaginal birth with my 1st. I was young and I'm also Uber allergic to the medication in an epidural. That pain is real when your young and uneducated about child birth.

I'm 50/50 right now. I wanted to VBAC but with my first I had a 4th degree year through my sphincter muscle and it did major damage. My second were twins that had a full placental abruption so I had an emergency c section. They told me I have a 90% success rate to VBAC BUUUUTT after speaking with the MFM and my OB they say I have a chance to tear again just as bad and cause irreversible damage. So I'm leaning towards a second c section now. This is our 5th with my stepson and I'm thinking about the c section and tubal but it feels so final since we're only in our late 20's. I don't think I'd want to risk a 3rd section though.

I've had 2 csections and will have my 3rd and final one this time. Also deciding if I want to get tubes tied.
