Please help. Placebo
I skipped my placebo pills to skip my period but instead i got my period i think (i was 8 days late) and now I’m cramping really bad. I don’t know if I’m spotting or got my period. I don’t want to be spotting because i hear it can last like months if you skip placebo so should i stop taking pills or should i take my placebo
