But in all seriousness, I think the biggest thing you can do is recognize your privilege and understand and accept you have more rights and privileges when you are white. You can’t do anything about what race you are born, but you can accept and stand up for others. Recognize your biases towards other cause that all you can do, but once you recognize your biases you can fix them.

Well, I don't advocate for backwards ideas and I try to educate people calmly if they say something ignorant about racial issues. I try to support unity and understanding among everyone.
As far as full on white supremists, I can't argue with them all day, I have in the past & try to show how foolish they are being with logical arguments or cutting down the misinformation they spread by disproving what they are saying. This is more for people seeing the conversation, not for the white supremacist, who doesn't care about facts, they are just racist and I'm not going to change that in one conversation. 
Although, hope should not be lost on anyone, if they are shown they are wrong many times in many ways, it may start to sink in. It's just painful for a lot of people to admit their wrongdoing and change. I am ok with being patient with people who are wrong. 
I am also more supportive of diverse representation in general & try to listen to people of all different races & backgrounds.
