What are these bumps? Bed bugs?

I slept at my friend’s family’s house yesterday night after their christmas dinner and I just noticed I have three clusters of bumps on my arm. I only noticed because that area started to get itchy. Are these from bed bugs??? ants?? I’ve never seen bumps like this and there is nothing wrong with me so im struggling to figure out why i suddenly have itchy red bumps
