Diet plan
Anyone have a awesome gd menu plan they go by?? I’m at 9 weeks and want to start eating better now that Christmas is over. One or two of my numbers wasn’t where it should be when I took the 3 hour test. So now I’ll be treated for Gd. I have my 1st doc appointment Monday. Hoping to get more info then as well!
