regulate cycles and can help ovulation return, does anyone have any experiences?

Also, has anyone tried the one a day pre pregnancy for him + her?

I was planning on trying The One A Day pre pregnancy for him + her, and pre seed. But if pink stork works like the amazon reviews say, i might try that too!
