I had sex 8 days ago without protection, my partner came inside me twice. I didn’t take any contraceptives and the sex was about 5 days after ovulation. I’m now experiencing clotting and bleeding that isn’t typical of my period. I’m 20 years old and have had such predictable periods for the last 3 years, but this time it’s different. I’ve been waking up wildly nauseous for the last three days without vomiting, and the last 18 hours I’ve had more mild cramping than I’m used to and some light bleeding, brown-pink and light then just a little heavier bright red with some clotting. Typically my periods just start with darker blood and a heavy flow. I’m aware clotting isn’t typical of implantation bleeding but i’m unsure how to explain my period suddenly switching up from the usual 8 days after sex, especially because i’m bleeding a whole two days sooner than usual if I count the pink-brown spotting last night. Sooo what do we think guys?
