Multiple negative tests possible false ?

So I’m about 13 days late I’m usually irregular but not by 13 days ???? Each time I think I’m getting my period I have like white discharge ? I’ve been keeping track of my period and I’ve been taking prenatal vitamins as well but last week I took a test in the morning and at night and it was negative, this Tuesday I took a blood test and it was negative . My breasts have been sore for three weeks already, I feel nauseous, tired and sleepy and every time I do any physical activity I’m just exhausted . Is it possible that I’m pregnant and just not enough hcg detection I know if I don’t get my period by next Thursday which would mean I’m more than 12 days? Idk I just really hope I am thanks guys 🤍 happy holidays !
