1 year old randomly throwing up?

My baby girl has thrown up randomly at least 4 times in the last week. No fever, no icky diapers. She just doesn't have an appetite often. She's not overeating or eating anything new. She is in a great mood and everything else is normal. What's going on?

They have a very sensitive gag reflex at this age. Sometimes my littles would stick their fingers down their throats and throw up. Not sure if yours is doing that. Could be something she ate that didn’t sit well in her stomach. I would take her to the doctor just in case though.

My son threw up a few times and it turned out to be strep

Mine did this a few weeks back. No fever , no bad diapers. Just puked 3/4 times. But then again the whole family got the flu so I’m sure that was it. It sucked. 😭 I had to change her sheets each time at 2/3/4 am in the morning. Just lots of water and juices
