6.5 years of trying, 1st IVF cycle - we're pregnant!

My husband and I have known we were expecting for about 2 weeks. We went through our first IVF cycle. 30 eggs were retrieved. We completed one fresh embryo transfer that was great! Very healthy and exceeded all expectations through it's growth leading up to the transfer.

The 4 embryos we had biopsied and frozen came back with complex abnormalities and unfortunately are not able to be transferred.

However, we had our early OB ultrasound today and we found out we are having triplets 🤯 this needs to be confirmed next week when they are a bit bigger but twins for sure... triplets maybe. We are so damn happy but so scared and nervous!

I'm feeling a bit anxious about these three beans because of the results of those 4 embryos do these three have a higher chance of having down syndrome? We will be getting genetic testing done but I'm just feeling anxious.

Just insane. 2 for sure but possibly a third.
