Guys so I just started my period and they’re always rlly heavy and I rlly just need someone to rant too I can’t sleep when I’m in it and it came 2 days early.. I have been crying for the last 30 minutes now.. becuSe Idk want else to do. I don’t feel comfortable talking to my mom abt it so I just don’t talk to anyone and it makes me cry more. I’d rather die then be on my period and also do you have any tricks besides ibuprofen and birth control because I’m only 13 to make your periods lighter?? Please help. 😭😭😭🥺
