Well I noticed I pop when I move from left to right I think it’s your body just getting a good stretch

I’m sorry no one is commenting. I’m not sure what to say so others probably feel the same way. For me contraction felt like a giant need to poop. Maybe they were Braxton Hicks or regular contractions? I would call the doctor and just ask if it’s anything you should be concerned about but I’m guess it’s fine.
