Brown bleeding hasn’t stopped :/

I had a miscarriage scare on the 15th of December. All was well, but it was found that I had a subchorionic hematoma. Since that day, I’ve had brown bleeding which the nurse told me to expect and would last about 2 weeks. Has anybody else experienced this? When did your brown bleeding stop? It’s kind of worrying me as they told me the bleeding should stop before my next ultrasound and it hasn’t...
