Early pregnancy, am I miscarrying

Hi everyone,

I am 6 weeks, i started bleeding lightly yesterday, it isn’t very heavy I have had light cramps it’s mostly when I wee I wipe and there is blood I’m wearing a pad but it’s not really soaking the pad. I think I’m just digging for false hope. This is my 3rd pregnancy other two ended in miscarriage. What are your thoughts ?
