Crampless tea
So, all my life I’ve pretty much had HORRIBLE menstrual cycles. Terrible cramping, nausea, and heavy bleeding. I’m thinking about buying the Chinese tea on here; is it worth it? Has anyone tried this tea and would recommend it???
