Letting my toddler watch baby videos?

I have a pretty big tv and during the day I sometimes let my toddler watch baby videos on YouTube. There’s a specific channel that pretty much just has cartoon baby songs and he loves it but I’m starting to worry it’s not good for him. He doesn’t really just sit there and watch it, he often plays around while dancing to the music but when he’s tired he’ll watch it for a little bit. I also worry that the tv being on in general, like I watch the office sometimes while playing with him, is bad for him too. What do you think? How much time do you allow your toddler to watch tv if at all?
