Hi my name is amber

I have been feeling sick for the past three weeks I'm nauseous and gassy and anytime i eat i feel like it gets stuck at the top of my stomach and not digesting also i feel pains throughout my stomach like my insides are stretching and anytime i eat i get acid reflux immediately Does anyone think they know what's going on
