I'm 34 weeks 1 day and I've been seeing some spotting and my lower back is killing me. I feel like I need to go in and get checked but everyone around me keeps saying that it's normal and unless I'm bleeding heavily theres no point to going in. I dont have a car or else I would have driven myself by now. They're all saying wait til the morning but I have to work in the morning and I already called out yesterday cause I was having bad braxton hicks contractions. I cant sleep cause I'm stressing out about it. Am I overreacting or am I right to want to go in? I'm a FTM if you cant tell already

EDIT: thank you for everyone responding. I decided to go in late last night and I'm on my way home. Baby boy is doing fine. He kicked the entire time lol. I am having contractions but they're far apart and I'm only about a fingertip dilated. The doctor gave me some fluids and is treating me for bv which she said made my cervix more friable. But both of us are fine just extremely tired. Definitely not making it in to work today
