Vaginal tearing ?

My period went off yesterday and I had sex today but when I went to pee it started to burn then I went to wipe and I seen blood nothing but spotting I’m clean and he’s clean .. would you say the bleeding came from vaginal tearing because from not being lubricant enough ?
