Ariana Grande Meaningful Tattoo?

So me and my best friend want to get meaningful tattoos. So we decided to get a sun and a moon. Because through out high school one of our fav teachers called her sunshine and me moonshine. So i went to pinterest to start looking at moon designs. And i come across Ariana Grande’s moon tattoo

And mind u i LOVE ariana grande her music got me through senior year. Alot went on. It was rough. Plus i went to her sweetener concert and immediately i came up with the idea to get a sweetener tatto but havent gotten around to it. So this is perfect but i told two of my coworkers about me getting the tattoo Ariana has and they cringed at the idea. But i didnt meantion the whole true background. It just happens to be a tattoo that she has. I figured kill two birds with one stone. So is this a good idea? Or were they right to cringe?
