Weird symptoms

So for the past couple weeks I’ve been having really bad back pain, headaches, dizziness, hot flashes, and my hands are always so shaky. I need some help my mother won’t take me to the doctor for it and I’m bot old enough to go alone. Anyone’s opinion will help thank you.
