Working out
Y’all, prior to becoming pregnant and even while pregnant, I was an avid runner. I mean 5-6miles a day on days I wasn’t working. Towards the middle to end of my pregnancy, it obviously got harder and I just focused on walking and light weight lifting. Postpartum, I just let myself go. I’m 2lbs from pre pregnancy weight, but my body looks COMPLETELY different. My MIL got my husband and I a treadmill for Christmas, and I’ve been running almost every day ( we got it early ), but it’s so hard to have the motivation to do so. I feel awful, physically, mentally, and I know running helps with that, but I need the motivation. I’m mostly just posting here to rant. Lol. But also am open to what gives you that extra push to just go and do it.
