Is it possible for some women to “feel” implantation happening 5dpo if she is actually pregnant?

If it is possible......for those who have felt it and are pregnant how did it feel!???? I’m currently 5dpo

At 5dpo, nothing has happened yet. Unless you have your ovulation date wrong. Even then, the most common day to implant is 9dpo, tho it can happen as early as 6dpo but also as late as 12dpo. The vast majority of women do not feel implantation

I felt some slight cramping and pinching last month at 5 and 6 dpo it was more intense on 6 dpo and on 8 dpo I got a positive pregnancy test.  I'm not sure if the cramping and pinching were from implantation but I did get a positive pregnancy test a couple days after.
