Almost positive?

So I had a Missed miscarriage way back in October. A week ago my levels were still 26. Today I took an ovulation test to see what’s happening as well as a pregnancy test. HPT is negative and glow is telling me the LH is almost positive for O day. Maybe my levels are just to low for hpt but still high enough for LH.....Thoughts?
