Pumping vs nursing

With baby number two on the way I am trying to decide if I want to only pump or if I want to nurse and pump.

With my first I nursed but I didn’t pump often. This time around I will definitely need to stock up on milk before I go back to work.

Has anyone just exclusively pumped? How was it?
