My boyfriend told me last night that he wanted to get married in 2020. He said he's going to officially propose on one knee etc. My concern is that he hasn't proposed yet and I want it to be our dream wedding. Should I wait until he proposes to start planning? (Meaning looking for place, date, reception etc. Not announcing it but making sure we aren't stuck with last minute decisions)
